At Tasa Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Exchange Option: If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, our support team will gladly assist you.
